Paul Dillman

Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing
Mr. Dillman has more than 30 years of experience in global marketing, sales and general management for leading consumer brands. As Deputy Group Marketing Director at Coca-Cola, he was responsible for marketing and sales from Korea to Indonesia and leading Centers of Excellence across the region. Mr. Dillman later served as the VP Marketing & Sales, Central & Eastern Europe at AB InBev, where he successfully implemented controlled marketing efforts that exceeded revenue targets of $1.9 billion. Additionally, as the VP of Global Brands, he was responsible for the global marketing campaigns of popular beer brands including; Beck’s, Bass, Staropramen, Leffe, and Hoegaarden. Prior to that, Mr. Dillman served Philip Morris International as Area Director, with responsibility for managing more than 425 employees in packaging and licensing. Before Philip Morris, he worked with Kraft Foods, serving as Director of Strategic Planning and later General Manager of Kraft Korea. Mr. Dillman earned a BSc from West Point (United States Military Academy) and a master’s in systems management from the University of Southern California.
